What do I use the Protein Snips for?
Anything you need a scissors for. Its better than any scissors you already have. The protein snips slice through bone, branches and just about anything else. They are designed for meat but you can use them any way you want. My nan now uses them in the garden to prune her roses… don’t ask.

Yes, 100%. That’s exactly whats its been designed for, cook any meat perfectly, every single time no matter what way your cooling it.
Where can I use the Meatmaster?
Everywhere, Fryer, AirFryer, BBQ, Frying Pan, Oven… anywhere. Its heatproof and waterproof. If you manage to break it via any of these ways, send us some pics and a funny story and we will replace it.
How do I charge the MeatMaster?
USB-C… If you have a new Iphone, it’s the Same charger. Its that easy. It does come with its own USB to USB-C cable too. We like USB… everyone has one and we wont leave you without the charger cable.
How do I get the MeatMaster app?
Simply scan the QR Code or type in MyBBQApp on your Appstore. Click the device from your Bluetooth options and you will be mastering your meat in no time
How heat resistant are the gloves?
They can deal with anything the kitchen can through at them. We have used them up to around 400-500 Degree’s Celsius when using on the BBQ. They do get quite hot after 5-10 seconds… although this sort of heat is silly. Any normal oven or airfryer goes up to 200-240 Degrees Celsius, which is a walk in the park for these gloves.

How do I clean and maintain the MeatMaster probe?
DishwasherSafe! Although its so easy to clean, just wash the probe under a hot tap and a quick scrub. Its surgical level stainless steel so cleans in no time.
What should I do if the MeatMaster isn't reading temperaturesaccurately?
Put the probe the hub, turn it off. Fully charge and redownload the app. This doesn't happen often… Tech plays funny games at times though.
Can the Heat Mits be used for handling BBQ grills or outdoor cooking?
They are built exactly for that. YES! Its about like bringing an F1 Car to a Go Kart Race. They are great for the BBQ and even more amazing in the kitchen. The fingers help actually hold things safely, while the silicone grips stops even wet trays slipping & sliding.

How do I properly care for the Heat Mits to maintain their heat resistance?
Throw them in the washing machine whenever you need a clean. Just MAKE SURE THEYARE DRY. If they are wet, the heat resistance goes down.
Is it all Dishwasher Safe?
The Probe & the Snips are perfectly dishwasher safe. If you put the charging Hub in the Dishwasher, that is really on you. Please DO NOT do that!
