Refund Policy for MeatMaster

At MeatMaster, we stand behind the quality of our meat probes and are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy to understand your options.

1. Returns

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations
  • Returned more than 30 days after purchase

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost. Please initiate the exchange request within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll guide you through the process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for exchange if defective.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays
  • Contact us if your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, and we’ll help resolve the issue
